Then when I told her it was a surprise for my wife (our 21st Anniversary ) and she could come home any minute that if she came home I would have to call back. When I called to make the Spa reservation I explained the services I wanted and was put on hold three times by Sherri.
However, I did have trouble making reservations. Very nice Room overall and worth the money! Our experience with the Spa was 'Out of this World', having used Spa's in many luxury hotels. The Soco Tower Premium Room was exactly what we expected, however the shower head was broken with only a large dribble of water coming out of one side (we did not call in a work order and used it with the jet tub !).
